OVERVIEW

At Creative Brands & Concepts and CreativeU Academy, we are committed to delivering high-impact, results-driven training, leadership experiences, and world-class events.

By purchasing any of our programs, events, or services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

All purchases made for:

  • Training programs
  • Coaching and consulting services
  • Digital products and courses
  • Live events (including Live2Lead and Impact Summit)
  • Conferences and executive experiences
  • Cruise events and international experiences

are non-refundable.

This policy reflects the high-value, high-commitment nature of our programs, similar to industry leaders where digital and event purchases are final once access is granted or reserved.

DIGITAL PROGRAMS & TRAINING (CreativeU Academy)

All digital training programs, including:

  • Executive Presence Accelerator
  • Leadership programs
  • Online courses and certifications

are:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable once accessed

Considered fully delivered once login/access details are issued

If you experience technical issues, our team will resolve access immediately, but refunds will not be issued.

LIVE EVENTS (INCLUDING LIVE2LEAD, IMPACT SUMMIT, WORKSHOPS)

All event tickets are non-refundable, including:

  • Individual tickets
  • Corporate tables
  • VIP or premium access

 

Transfer & Credit Policy (Strategic Flexibility)

To protect your investment, we offer:

Option A: Transfer

Tickets may be transferred to another individual within your organization

Must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the event

 

Option B: Event Credit

Requests submitted at least 14 days prior may qualify for:

One-time credit toward a future CreativeU or Creative Brands event

Credits are:

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Subject to availability

 

Requests made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible.

(This aligns with global event standards where credits—not refunds—are issued when requested in advance.)

 

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend an event:

  • Does not qualify for refund or credit
  • Ticket is considered forfeited

LIVE2LEAD CRUISE & INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES

Due to the complex logistics and third-party commitments (cruise lines, hotels, vendors):

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • May be subject to separate cruise/vendor policies

 

Transfer Options

Transfers may be permitted (name change) subject to:

  • Cruise/vendor approval
  • Administrative fees
  • Travel Protection (Recommended)

 

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as:

Creative Brands & Concepts is not liable for:

  • Travel disruptions
  • Personal emergencies
  • Visa or documentation issues

PAYMENT PLANS

For all payment plans:

  • Payments must be completed in full as agreed

Missed payments may result in:

  • Suspension of access
  • Cancellation of participation without refund

Early cancellation does not release payment obligations

EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Creative Brands & Concepts reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule events
  • Change speakers, venue, or format
  • Transition to virtual delivery if necessary

 

If an event is postponed:

  • Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date

 

If an event is cancelled by us:

You may receive:

  • A full credit, or
  • A transfer to another event

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters (including hurricanes)
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Travel disruptions

In such cases:

  • Tickets will be credited or transferred, not refunded

EXCEPTION POLICY (LIMITED)

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Proven billing error
  • Event cancellation without alternative offered

All exceptions are at the sole discretion of the company.

CODE OF CONDUCT & REMOVAL

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny entry or remove any participant
  • Maintain a safe, high-level environment

In such cases:

No refund or credit will be issued

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand this policy
  • You agree to the no-refund structure
  • You are committed to participating fully
